US Mobile Learning Market prognosis
A recent analysis by market researcher Ambient is forecasting a tremendous growth of mobile learning services. In their report which is covering the years 2008 – 2013, Ambient states that mobile learning services will make up 25.2% of the entire mobile software market by the year 2013. Location based learning will be especially important in the near future as well. Although these insights are not new, the study also forecasts a huge growth of e-book devices such as the Amazon Kindle. Unfortunately, the research is priced very steeply at more than $9000. It would have been nice to see a fairer price so smaller organizations and schools could have reviewed it.
